Integral bolster chef with Spalted Big Leaf Maple handle
This integral bolster chef knife is forged from pattern welded steel comprising of 5 individually twisted bars. The handle is made from stabilised spalted maple burl.
The blade is:-
236mm long
64mm high at the heel
4.2mm thick at the bolster
The handle is 128mm to the bolster.
