Carbon steel Gyuto

This Gyuto is forged from 26C3 carbon steel and has a handle of dyed and stabilised Masur Birch with a stainless steel and black g10 accent.
 
The blade is:-
240mm long
55mm high at the heel
2.5mm thick at the handle
 
The handle is 130mm long.
