5" (125mm) Damascus Steel Paring Knife

This hand paring knife is made from 250 layers of laminated steel, left with the as-forged texture along the spine of the blade. The handle is English Ash, scorched and glass bead blasted to bring out the character of the timber.
 
The blade is:-
125mm long
30mm tall at the heel
1.7mm thick at the tang
 
The octagonal handle is 105mm long.
